Fredgolm Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

1.1 This policy explains how Vlaskin Holdings Pty Ltd (ACN 697 397 863) trading as Fredgolm (Fredgolm, we or us) collects, uses and shares personal information through the Fredgolm website at fredgolm.ai, the application at 3d.fredgolm.ai, the Fredgolm Onshape plugin and our related services (the Service).

1.2 By using the Service or giving us your information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this policy.

2. What we collect

2.1 We may collect:

(a) your name, email address, company and message when you contact us, request early access or book a meeting;

(b) your email address, name and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account;

(c) if you use the Onshape plugin, your Onshape user identifier and, if you permit it, your Onshape name and email address, together with the identifiers of the documents and parts you use the plugin with;

(d) CAD files, geometry, prompts, chat messages and other content you submit to the Service (Content). Content is mainly technical, but it may include personal information, such as names in file metadata or anything you type into a prompt or chat;

(e) billing details, if you buy a paid plan. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; and

(f) technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages and features you use.

2.2 We collect this information from you, from Google and Onshape when you connect those accounts, through cookies and analytics tools, and from publicly available sources such as company websites and professional networking sites.

3. How we use it

3.1 We use personal information to:

(a) provide, operate, secure and improve the Service;

(b) create and manage accounts, including signing you in with Google;

(d) send you information about the Service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails;

(e) train and improve our AI models, as explained in section 5; and

(f) comply with law and protect our rights.

3.2 We use information received from your Google account only to create your account, sign you in and contact you about the Service. We store it with our other account information and share it only as described in section 4. If we change how we use Google account information, we will notify you as required by Google's policies.

4. Who we share it with

4.1 We may share personal information with:

(a) Google, which hosts our systems (Google Cloud), provides our AI processing, analytics (Google Analytics), sign-in and email and calendar services;

(b) Amazon Web Services, which hosts the service that delivers messages sent through the forms on our website;

(d) our payment provider, if you buy a paid plan;

(e) other service providers who help us run our business, including other AI providers we may use in future;

(f) our professional advisers;

(g) a buyer or investor, in connection with a sale or restructure of our business; and

(h) government authorities or others, where we consider it required or permitted by law or necessary to protect our rights.

5. Use of Content to train our AI models

5.1 We may use Content, and the output generated from it, to train and improve our AI models, unless your paid plan or a signed agreement with us says otherwise. Any personal information included in Content may be used in that process. Please do not include personal information in Content that you do not want used in this way.

5.2 Once Content has been used to train a model, it cannot be withdrawn from that model.

6. Where your information is stored

6.1 Your information is stored and processed in Australia and the United States, and may also be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.

7. Cookies and analytics

7.1 Our website and application use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used.

7.2 We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect information about your visits, such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. Google processes this information on our behalf and under its own terms. You can learn how Google uses this information at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and you can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

7.3 Google Analytics and other third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

8. Keeping and deleting information

8.1 We keep personal information for as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes in this policy or as required by law.

8.2 If we delete your account or information at your request, copies may remain in backups until they are overwritten in the ordinary course, and we may keep information where required or permitted by law. Section 5.2 continues to apply.

9. Security

9.1 No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

10. Your choices

10.1 You may email business@fredgolm.ai to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to close your account, or to raise a concern about how we handle your personal information. There is no self-service option. We may need to verify your identity.

11. Where the Service is offered

11.1 The Service is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, and is not intended for anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

12.1 We may update this policy at any time by posting the updated version at fredgolm.ai/privacy with a new "Last updated" date. The updated policy applies from that date.
